Sunlight: The Next Frontier For Weight Loss

Give your body what it needs and your body will heal itself.

Adequate sleep, quality nutrition and daily movement are great ways to reach the body you've always wanted but there is one key variable that is missing... sunlight.

Manipulating sunlight is the next frontier for weight loss.

The four components of sun hygiene:

1. Minimum of 20 minutes of sun exposure per day
2. Allow the sunlight to directly hit your retina
3. 7-10am is the best time to be outside
4. Increase sun exposure gradually - 5-10% daily
